| Twinkling lights ball. Stationary in sky before slowly moving away I saw what send to be a large twinkling star low in the southwestern sky. With binoculars, it was a twinkling ball with strands of lights- red, blue, white. At one point a white light streaked upward from it. After being stationary for some time, it slowly moved out of our sight |
