Thin, brilliant light moving slowly and then blinking in and out of existence before vanishing Brilliant thin line shaped light in the distance, seen clearly on sunny day traversing slowly south to north in the vicinity of Brooklyn/Queens - size not determinable. Plenty of commercial air traffic in normal patterns operating throughout the area. Recorded short video of sighting on Android phone. After visual contact was lost behind building regained visual later and saw craft blink in and out of existence several times before contact was lost.
