Bright white light seen for 30 miles Was standing on our front porch facing North and noticed a very large and bright light towards Salem flicker, dim and then brighten to the point where it looked like an illustration of a star. The object then quickly darted west approximately 30 degrees and did it again. Then it darted back to the East about 40 degrees and faded away. I got video and was able to get a pretty good still from the footage. My neighbor was driving to Salem at the time and saw it as well. She stated that it was North of Salem and was big.
