| Getting Power from the Grand Coulee Dam? 04.11.21. 12:11 pm, clear day. Silver/gray spherical ball first observed kinda hovering above a mesa. The mesa is about 1000 feet above ground level. Sphere hovers and within 10 seconds, quickly shoots up higher in the sky and then disappears. Have two photos of distancing of the sphere. Electric City is at the Coulee Dam. |
