It was hovering and had one green light and one white light.

I was driving and could not pull over to take a picture. I could only see the front light, white, and the back light, green. Since it was dark, I could not really tell what the shape was. It appeared to be hovering and was not very high up. I estimate it was a little further up than a telephone tower.
