Object seemed to hover/float and the light would turn off at times. It seemed to have 3 flashing lights but the lights would occasionally turn off. The object wold fly closer towards land and then further away again and it would sometimes move up higher in a vertical line and then appear lower again. At one point I saw another light moving down toward it and then that disappeared. My baby wifi monitor lost connection a few times during the sighting - unsure if related.
