Saw a bright blue light three times, each one getting closer and brighter, and heard "wom wom" when the light flashed.

The blue/green light flashed three times. The first time was further away and I was reading, so I didn't know quite what it was. The second time it happened, it was closer. The third time, the light filled my whole bedroom. Heard a “wom wom” for the second two times. There's nothing in my neighborhood that could've produced this sort of light or noise.
