A bright, pulsing, unmoving object hovered over my neighborhood for fifteen minutes before slowly flying away.

On December 26th, at 5:46 PM, me and my family saw what appeared to be an extremely bright star in the sky. However, I watch the stars every night and hadn’t noticed this one before. The light we saw appeared to pulse every few seconds and didn’t move from its spot in the sky for nearly fifteen minutes. I took a video of it to prove it wasn’t moving as well as several strange pictures. In one picture, there is a clear object with two rings and in another, a string of what looks like lightning. We live next to an airfield and see dozens of planes, jets, and helicopters every day so we knew this unmoving, bright object wasn’t any of those things.

At 6:00 PM, a plane began to fly in the direction of the craft and in response, the UAP started to slowly back up until it was completely out of sight. My family and I watched as it disappeared behind some houses and the plane flew by. I didn’t manage to get a picture of the plane, but I did get one last photo of the UFO before it was gone. In the photo you can see how much lower it was and that it was moving away.
