Object in sky that hovered and glowed dim to bright for long time

I went to warm up my car. I saw a cylindrical object brightening and dimming in the sky. I thought it was a helicopter, but heard no noise. After it hovered for approximately 5 minutes, I went and got my phone. I recorded 7 minutes the best I could, and tried zooming. Not a very good video. I went in and woke up my wife. She watched it for 10 more minutes, while I got ready for work. The total time it was where I saw it was about 25 minutes, and it never moved.
The screenshots were taken from video. The video is too large to upload. I elected to have an investigator contact me only if they want the video or have any questions.
