Surveillance caught this object spinning in One Direction & it completely stops & shoots out a bright light then spins the other direct This was caught on my surveillance camera. My two dogs woke me up barking at something and they do not ever bark. I knew something was going on I looked at my surveillance and I did not see that at first instead it was weird. It's hard to explain without seeming like I'm crazy. I am sending you the original surveillance & one I blew up and zoomed in on it
