Noticed bright light traveling at impossible speed and started to record

I was visiting San Diego and noticed the bright light, I started recording and couldn't believe what I was seeing. But was I really seeing anything at all? Shortly after I spotted it the last time there was a huge black helicopter that started circling in the exact area. Can someone give me advice or opinion on what I saw, or didn't see??
If you zoom in on the light in the photo it looks exactly like a disk shaped object.
