Circle shaped object that rotates at a high altitude Around 8:02 EST me and my parents saw a rotating disk shaped object flying in the sky. It made no noise and flew decently high in the sky. It was black in color and emitted no light. It flew almost directly over us and as it flew away it seemed to rise higher in the air. A strange thing was that I took multiple photos of it in a row and it only showed up in one of the photos. The area I live in is close to Dulles and Reagan airports so I doubt me and my parents and the neighbors that walked by were the only ones to see it.
