A long gated white light which seem partial cloaked was very massive in size

on the evening of the 14th in the rule part of Buckiin in Kansas. A long vertical cigarette shaped white light appeared for a couple seconds. The odd thing on this object it looked like it was partially clogged on the sides as if it was turning and disappeared. Did not hear any sound it was a very clear warm night
