What I thought was a satellite began to zig zag, stop and zig zag again. Very short period of time but looking out over the bluff of Magnolia (suburb of seattle close to discovery park) I saw what I thought was a Satellite moved quickly in random patterns. Stopping and then Satellite moving again in random patterns. This was not a plane, looked more like a star. No shape, just a bright light that had random movement. Sometimes stationary.
