Seen again a spinning white light over temple 6:18pm central time stop pay stop sign. To my right a spinning white light hovering above the Buddhist temple. I’ve seen these lights over the temple and other areas of town. At dusk or dark, I’ve filmed and taken photos. Just don’t know what they could be. When you zoom in on the light, you can see it spinning and change shape. Sometimes other colors can be see also.
