I was walking home and took a picture of the monument. I was trying to capture the White House in the photo so I zoomed in. I didn’t see the lights in the sky but they were captured in my photo. I assume it could be helicopters but I’m unsure. The cloud like gray area around the lights seems unusual. If this is a ufo, I do not want any media contact please. I do not want my name released. I am intrigued by the cloud shape and I thought I would report it.
