Oddly slow moving green light coming towards the ground. After making a door dash delivery on pardee ave in Susanville CA, my wife and I were pulling away facing south and just before the corner of pardee ave. and N. Railroad ave. We saw a relatively large green circle surrounded by yellowish radiating light points with a disconnected green tail streak across the sky from the south sky to the southwest sky before being no longer visible. It streaked across oddly slow (being visible for almost 4 seconds). It was like a meteor, but something was different about it. After it happened my phone started to have wierd flashes on the screen, which are still occuring and getting progressively worse (Longer and different colors).
