Thought was falling star seen through the clouds being chased by same coming from different direction then shot back up then entered wa

The first object came from straight down and was chased by second object and followed first object into the ocean around point st. George Light house. Second object came from different angle as if to intercept first object after first object went into water second object ascended back up then followed first object into water. All actions where visible through the clouds.
