Thiscannotbeaplane I saw a red dot flying threw the sky at high speed and was on the phone looking in the sky I thought it was a satellite but it was moving way to quickly when then it came to a stand still then a light turned on flashed down at me on off on off then when it was off the red dot turned on off on off then the light came back on flashing down at me and flew away there was no noise and was really far away I have video of the light flashing on and off then you see it fly away
