Observed a circling light in the clouds While I was walking my dog at 22:30 on 2 December 2023, I observed, and took a video of, a light was moving in an oval shape in the clouds in the northern sky over Portland, Oregon. It moved swiftly and was undetected by planes flying past. I watched it for a few minutes then made a video of it using my phone, which lasts 1:33. It was still going when I entered the house around 23:00.
