It appeared out of nowhere & slowly moved across the sky It had 4 alternating flashing bright white lights. Then it stopped moving and just hovered way, way, way up in the clear blue sky. Then a passenger jet came flying right up under it. Then while I was talking to 911 operator reporting it I looked in the sky and it was gone. Vanished into thin air. It just totally vanished. It came into the sky from nowhere then it just totally vanished!
