Video of light moving down and then back up before disappearing I do not recall this. A video I took of it came up in my phone today as a memory from 6 years ago but I personally don’t have any memory of it. It lasted long enough that I saw it and was able to stop and record it, it appears I’m on the side of an overpass in the video. The memory did give me the date, time and location. May be nothing but wanted to submit in case there were any sightings at the same day and time.
