I saw a blue light not moving in the Sky and other lights coming afterwards like shooting starts. This is happening daily.

Blue light (aircrafts?) not moving or moving extremely slow during the Day, with other phenomena afterwards they normally disappear in the Sky. I have multiple videos to share. However, not sending a video until I can talk to the government to describe more details!
