Second time I have witnessed near same area appears red to the naked eye hovering for at least an hour now

Was looking at a sky that had no other visible stars or planets…a hovering, what appeared to be a red ball with momentary energy spikes shooting from it from time to time…but when recorded and played back and zoomed in with an iPhone XR appeared white and flashing…play video back and zoom in tight
Had seen same thing back in October but near Brentwood Homewood Suites and either time there were no aircraft present…make.certain you zoom in on object in video as tight as possible
