Long oblong, hovering over ground, bright headlight on each end very close.

Riding in dark countryside, nothing for miles. Under the cover of tall grass and fields. We had to surprise them when my Volkswagen popped up around the corner.

It looked as if they were just chilling out in a dark field, hovering over the ground. Long oblong too dark to tell color. A giant, bright shining headlight on each end. Not shining in our direction, but so bright, it lit everyone's face up in the car.

I didn't stop and look, I just kept rolling at a very slow speed, all of our mouths hanging open. Our vision was blocked for just one second when I rolled past a tiny dilapidated shack. I sped past to be able to see on the other side and it was completely gone. It had vanished in no more than 1 second. We were back in the dark and my passengers started yelling "let's get out of here!!" We all knew exactly what we had witnessed without having to say a word. I wish I had stopped the car instead of rolling by that shack.
